Information we collect

When you contact us through a website form, email, phone, or text, you may provide your name, business name, contact details, service location, and the details of your inquiry or support request. Our website host may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

How we use and share information

We use contact and request details to answer you, manage support requests, and provide the services you ask about. Service providers that operate our forms, support tools, billing, and phone or texting service may process information for those purposes on our behalf.

Website help widget and AI answers

When a page includes our help widget, Zoho Desk software may process browser and device information needed to operate it. If you use the widget, Zoho Desk processes the questions, feedback, and contact or support details you enter. Its AI Answer Bot uses our published help articles to suggest answers, and our team handles support tickets you choose to submit. Please do not enter passwords, account PINs, payment card details, or other sensitive account information in the widget. See Zoho's Privacy Policy for more about Zoho's data practices.

Monthly support enrollment and billing

When you begin monthly support checkout, we collect the authorized buyer’s name, business and billing contact details, selected active One Talk line count, checkout summary, and acceptance of the service agreement, including its version, consent text, and the date and time of acceptance. We record whether checkout and payment are completed, plus hosted checkout, invoice, payment, and subscription references when available. We use these records to activate support after the first successful payment, administer renewals and line-count changes, send billing records, and respond to billing questions.

We send the customer name, business name, billing email, selected plan and add-on quantity, and a checkout reference to our billing provider to set up the subscription. Payment card details are entered on the provider’s hosted checkout page; please do not send them through our inquiry or support forms, email, or text. We keep checkout and agreement records as needed for billing, agreement evidence, legal obligations, and support, including when a checkout is not completed. SMS Privacy

We collect a mobile number when you provide it or text our business number. We use it to respond to your request and send the support messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use RingCentral to process and store text conversations and opt-in/opt-out messages on our behalf so we can provide the messaging service. See RingCentral’s Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. Some text replies may be automated or AI-assisted. Our other service-provider disclosures do not permit use of SMS opt-in information for third-party marketing.

Submitting a website inquiry, support request, or partner referral is not SMS consent. When you text 440.444.3434 from your own mobile number, you are asking us to text you back about that conversation. No keyword is needed. See our text-support disclosure. We never send marketing texts from this number.
