Quick tips

  • Almost every code starts with two stars (**). Voicemail (*86) is the only one with a single star.
  • Most codes come in pairs: one turns a feature on, one turns it off.
  • Watch the trailing stars: **67 and **67* do different things, and so do **92 and **92*.
  • Codes work from the phone dialer on a smartphone with One Talk built in. Verizon's code list says they work on its other One Talk devices too. If a code doesn't take on your desk phone or app, use its menu or settings instead.

Do Not Disturb

There's no code for Do Not Disturb. Press the DND button on your desk phone, or in the One Talk app tap Menu, then Do Not Disturb.
