Add Wirely Connect to your Verizon Business account.
This short video shows how to add Wirely Connect as a user in Verizon My Business, so we can set up your One Talk phone system for you. It takes about five minutes, and you stay in control the whole time.
The six steps
- Sign in to Verizon My Business with your own login. In the top menu, click Manage.
- In the Manage menu, click Company.
- Under Company, click Manage Users. Don't see it? Your login needs administrator access. Your Verizon Business account manager can turn it on for you.
- On the Manage Users page, click Create new user.
- For the role, choose Administrator, then type in our details (shown on the right).
- Turn on every switch so it shows green. Scroll down for any extra switches. Then click Submit.
When you're done, reply to your welcome email to let us know. We'll confirm Wirely shows up on your account, then email you a link to book your One Talk setup call.

Type your real business name, not the words "Your business name."
Keep your account safe
Wirely Connect will never ask for your Verizon password, account PIN or one-time codes. Not by email, not by text, and not by phone. If anyone asks for them, please don't share them.
