Monthly One Talk Support Agreement
Version 1.2 · Effective October 23, 2026 for checkouts completed on or after that date.
1. Parties and plan
This agreement is between Wirely Connect (“Wirely”) and the business identified at checkout (“Customer”). Customer is purchasing a monthly support plan for its active Verizon One Talk lines. The checkout summary, including the Customer name, selected line count, monthly price, applicable taxes, and billing date, is part of this agreement.
2. Support and start date
Support starts when checkout confirms the subscription and initial payment is successful. Any customer may sign up; there is no waiting period tied to an earlier support arrangement. Customer may request support through Wirely’s support form or by emailing support@wirelyconnect.com.
The plan covers remote Verizon One Talk setup changes and troubleshooting for the covered active lines Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Requests may be submitted at any time; support work takes place during those hours. Wirely does not guarantee a response time. Hardware, Verizon or other carrier charges, and on-site work are separate from this plan. Verizon’s network, equipment, accounts, and carrier services remain governed by Customer’s arrangements with Verizon.
3. Covered lines and price
Customer selects its active One Talk line count at checkout. The published monthly price is $30 for 1–5 active lines, plus $10 for each additional group of up to five lines. The exact recurring amount appears before Customer authorizes payment. Phones and active lines can differ; the plan is priced by active lines.
Customer must provide an accurate line count and tell Wirely when it changes. The authorized account contact reports a change by emailing support@wirelyconnect.com. Wirely may verify the count. Newly added lines become covered when Wirely receives that report. Any resulting increase or decrease in the monthly plan price begins at the next renewal; there is no additional line-count charge for the current paid month.
4. Monthly payment and renewal
By completing checkout, Customer authorizes Wirely’s payment provider (Zoho Billing, with payments processed through Zoho Payments) to charge the payment method shown at checkout for the initial payment and recurring monthly charges, including applicable taxes, for at least the 6-month minimum paid term described in Section 5 and then each month until canceled under Section 5. All payments are due on the 1st of each month (calendar billing). If Customer signs up partway through a month, only the first charge is prorated: it covers the rest of that month, and every charge after that is for a full month. The checkout summary will show the first charge, recurring charge, and billing date. Wirely emails receipts or invoices to the billing email supplied at checkout. Customer can see its invoices and change its payment method at any time in the My Wirely customer portal at wirelyconnect.com/customer-support.
If a renewal payment fails, Wirely emails Customer and gives seven days to pay. Coverage continues during those seven days. The payment provider may retry the charge during that period. Wirely may pause support afterward until payment succeeds or the plan ends.
Wirely may change the published base price by emailing Customer at least 30 days before the change. A new price applies no earlier than the first renewal after that notice period. Customer may cancel before the new price applies, as described in Section 5.4, even during the 6-month minimum paid term. Changes caused by Customer’s line count follow Section 3 instead.
5. Term, cancellation and refunds
5.1 6-month minimum paid term. The plan has a 6-month minimum paid term, even though it is billed monthly: six full monthly billing periods starting on the first 1st of the month after Customer signs up. The prorated first charge for the partial month in which Customer signs up does not count toward the six. The 6-month minimum paid term is separate from any complimentary (included) support period and does not shorten or replace it. After the 6-month minimum paid term, the plan renews month to month until canceled under this Section.
5.2 Written notice. Customer may give written notice of cancellation at any time, including during the 6-month minimum paid term, by emailing Wirely at support@wirelyconnect.com from the authorized account contact. Cancellation takes effect on the later of (a) the end of the 6-month minimum paid term or (b) 30 days after Wirely receives the notice (the “Cancellation Date”). Monthly renewals dated before the Cancellation Date are billed as usual; no renewal is billed on or after it. Coverage continues through the end of the last paid month. Wirely will confirm the Cancellation Date by email.
5.3 No refunds or proration. Payments are non-refundable, and Wirely does not refund or prorate any payment when Customer cancels. Wirely does not prorate or credit partial months, unused months, or line-count changes, except for the prorated first charge described in Section 4, as stated in Sections 5.4 and 5.5, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
5.4 Price increases. If Wirely raises the base price under Section 4, Customer may cancel by written notice received before the new price applies, even during the 6-month minimum paid term. In that case the 30-day notice period does not apply, cancellation takes effect before the new price applies, and Customer owes no further charges for the rest of the 6-month minimum paid term.
5.5 Ending by Wirely. Wirely may end the plan at the end of a paid month with 30 days’ emailed notice. If Wirely ends paid coverage early for another reason, Wirely refunds the unused part of that month.
6. Customer responsibilities and changes
Customer will provide the account and technical details reasonably needed to troubleshoot covered lines and will identify a person authorized to approve account changes. Customer grants Wirely delegated account access when available, limited to what is needed for support. Customer must not send passwords or payment-card details through the support form, email, or text. The authorized account contact approves service-affecting or separately billed changes by email before Wirely makes them.
7. Contact and records
Questions about this agreement or support may be sent to support@wirelyconnect.com. The website Terms and Privacy Policy explain website use, texting, and information handling. This agreement controls if the website Terms conflict with it about the monthly support plan. Wirely and its payment provider will retain the checkout summary and Customer’s recorded acceptance.
